How it works
Three steps, and then it runs.
No new software for your team to learn. We set it up around how you already work, switch it on, and keep it running.
Step one
We audit and connect
We look at where you stand — profile, reviews, local visibility — then plug into how you already take bookings or jobs.
Step two
We build and switch it on
Website, review requests and profile set up together, so the traffic and the proof arrive at the same place.
Step three
We keep it running
Ongoing optimisation and a plain-English summary each month of what changed and what’s next.
Onboarding
What we need from you.
Less than you’d think, and only once. After that it runs without you.
- Access to your Google Business Profile
- Your existing domain, or we register one
- A list of the services you actually want to sell
- How jobs or bookings come in today
- Anything you already have — photos, logo, past copy
Questions
The things people ask first.
How long before anything changes?
Review volume moves first, because it starts with the customers you’re already serving. Local ranking is slower and depends on your market — we’ll tell you what’s realistic for yours rather than promise a timescale we can’t control.
Do we have to learn another system?
No. It runs in the background on top of how you already work. We handle setup, messaging and reporting.
Is the review process allowed by Google?
Yes. We don’t buy reviews, incentivise them, or gate unhappy customers out of leaving one. We just make it easy for real customers to say what they think.
What does it cost?
Pricing depends on what you need running. It’s laid out properly after the audit, in writing, with no contract.
How does this relate to Hearth at Heart?
Same person, two companies. Hearth at Heart shoots the place — photography, film and virtual tours. Treetop runs everything that keeps working afterwards.
Start with the audit. It costs nothing and you keep it.
We’ll go through your profile, your reviews and where you turn up locally, and tell you what we’d actually do. Work with us or don’t — the audit is yours either way.
